01Are these fixed vacation packages?+
No. The routes are inspiration. Sideout builds the trip around your dates, group, level mix, pace, interests, accommodation style, and planning budget.
02Will we play pickleball at every destination?+
No. Panama City, Playa Coronado, El Valle de Antón, Playa Venao, and Boquete are intended playing stops, but every court and session is confirmed individually. Other destinations are presented as excursions only.
03Can a mixed-level group travel together?+
Yes—that flexibility is central to the custom model. Tell us who wants daily competition, who prefers a relaxed session, and who would rather spend more time with beaches, food, trails, wildlife, or culture.
04Do I need a DUPR rating?+
No. You can describe your experience in everyday language, including beginner, recreational, intermediate, advanced, competitive, mixed, or not sure.
05Can you build a trip around The Canal Cup?+
Yes. Sideout can plan tourism before or after the tournament. The official Canal Cup site remains the source of truth for dates, venue, divisions, prizes, registration, and schedule.
06Are prices and availability shown online?+
Not in V1. Sideout prepares a proposal after consultation because routes, accommodations, transport, activities, and play are selected for the actual travelers.
07How does the inquiry form work today?+
Until Sideout approves a production CRM or email endpoint, the site runs in a clearly labeled demo mode. Your draft stays on your device for local testing and is not represented as delivered.
